ABOUT THE UZIMA FUND
The Uzima Fund was established to raise funds to promote the education of orphans and vulnerable children. We have partnered with the St. John Bosco Educational Trust, located in Kitale, Kenya, to further this objective. Uzima Fund is a qualified 501(c)3 charitable organization. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
ABOUT THE ST. JOHN BOSCO EDUCATIONAL TRUST
The St. John Bosco Educational Trust promotes the education of disadvantaged children and youth through assistance to attend primary schools, high schools, vocational training schools, colleges and universities. The goal of the Trust is to provide disadvantaged youth with access to a good quality education so that they can attain self-reliance and escape poverty.
The Trust began operations in Kenya in 2014. They currently provide educational assistance for one hundred children and youth from extremely impoverished backgrounds.
